Please check all the delivered packages of your orders, if there are any problems with the delivered products, please contact customer service to complain.
Return requests should be submitted within 30 days from the date of the parcel being delivered, please send the order number, pictures of products and labels, and detailed problem descriptions.
If your package did not arrive successfully and is confirmed to have been lost in transit, Bomfan will refund. The delivery time can be influenced by extreme weather, post office delay, customs clearance, local protest, strikes, epidemics, and other force majeure factors. In this case, BomFan is not responsible for any delay caused but will provide all possible support needed.
